Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

Cryodynamic Longevity Institut GmbH
Rothusstrasse 15, 6331 Hünenberg, Switzerland
Email: info@cryodynamic.ch · Phone: +41 41 510 88 24

2. Processing When You Visit the Website

When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically processes server log data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest (FADP; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and Consent

We use technically necessary cookies as well as, subject to your consent, additional cookies to analyse and improve our offering. Your consent is managed through a consent solution (Cookiebot). You can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time, with future effect, via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Non-essential cookies are only set after you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Contact and Inquiry Form

If you contact us via a form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message) in order to respond to your inquiry. This processing takes place to initiate or perform a contract, or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

5. Appointment Booking and Initial Consultation

To book appointments and initial consultations, we process the data required to arrange the appointment (such as name, contact details and the selected time slot) in our booking and customer management system (CRM). This is based on the initiation and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Payment Processing

For paid services, we process payments through a specialised payment service provider (wallee, Switzerland). Your complete payment details (e.g. card data) are entered and processed directly with the payment service provider; we ourselves do not receive complete card data. This is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Email Communications

To send confirmation and transactional emails (e.g. appointment confirmations), we use an email service provider (Resend). This involves processing the data necessary for sending these emails. This is based on the performance of a contract or on our legitimate interest in reliable communication.

8. Processors and Data Transfers

To provide our services, we engage carefully selected service providers as processors (hosting, consent management, appointment booking, payment, email delivery). These providers process data only on our instructions and within the contractually agreed scope. Where data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your personal data and do not pass it on to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations. The data is then deleted or anonymised.

10. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have, in particular, the following rights:

  • Access to the data processed about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion or restriction of processing
  • Data disclosure or data portability
  • Objection to certain processing activities
  • Withdrawal of consent given, with future effect

To exercise your rights, simply contact us at info@cryodynamic.ch.

11. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Individuals in the EU may contact their competent data protection authority.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always reflects current legal requirements and correctly describes how we process our data. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
