Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you as a client and Cryodynamic Longevity Institut GmbH.
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, longevity programs and other services that you book or use through Cryodynamic Longevity Institut GmbH, as well as to your use of this website.
2. Contracting Party

3. Services
We offer preventive, regenerative and performance-oriented treatments as well as longevity programs and personal consultations. The nature, scope and course of each service follow from the description of the individual treatment and from the specific agreement made with you.
4. Booking and Formation of Contract
A contract is formed once your booking is confirmed, or once the booking process is completed. A separate appointment may be arranged for an initial consultation.
5. Prices and Payment
Applicable prices are stated as part of the booking or the personal consultation. Paid bookings are processed through a secure payment provider. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at the time of booking.
6. Appointments, Cancellation and No-Shows
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule it in good time. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, we may charge the agreed service in full or in part. The details are communicated at the time of booking.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins when the contract is formed. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a clear statement (for example by email to info@cryodynamic.ch). If you validly withdraw, we will refund any payments already made without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen days, using the same payment method you used originally.
The right of withdrawal does not apply once a service has been fully performed at your explicit request, or in the case of content created individually for you on a non-standardized basis.
8. Health Information
Our treatments and information are intended to support prevention, regeneration and physical performance. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not constitute a promise of a cure. In the case of health concerns or pre-existing conditions, an individual assessment is carried out before any treatment. For medical questions, we involve qualified professionals.
9. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide, in particular regarding your health situation, lies with you.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hünenberg, or alternatively the registered seat of the company in the Canton of Zug.
